1986, Paris, France — From International Gold to Cirque du Soleil

In 1986, Zhao Yanping, Zhao Yanyang, and Zhao Yanyan represented China at the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in Paris, France.

Their trio bicycle act, distinguished by its distinctive Chinese acrobatic style, strong technical foundation, and highly challenging bicycle skills, received international recognition and was awarded the Gold Medal.

This achievement at the international festival laid an important foundation for the trio's journey onto the broader international stage.

1987 — Joining Cirque du Soleil

In 1987, Zhao Yanping, Zhao Yanyang, and Zhao Yanyan joined Cirque du Soleil, becoming part of its early international cast and performing in Cirque Réinventé.
